CRAMMING 13 people into tiny accommodation is "making a lot of money out of people's misery".
That was the view of city councillors who have reluctantly approved plans for the shared house in Worcester Street, in Kingsholm.
The house will have 13 self-contained bedrooms and a living room to share. But a lack of access to the rear of the property means wheelie bins will have to be dragged through the lounge.
